I know I complain about the Red Sox a lot and even this series but I guess I wouldn’t change a thing. Its what made us what we are today. Though Damon being an asshole I would change.

I hope the Tigers re-sign Max and I hope you don’t hate the Red Sox when they throw money at him but sadly I see him like Lester both will become Yankees.

Thanks Melanie, I read via tumblr about a gymnastics fan who volunteered for the 2013 worlds and she ended up meeting all the gymnasts. Lucky duckling.

I am guessing that maybe they want to see where Aly and Gabby are at with their training before posting any videos. Then again since it’s the year before the Olympics maybe Marta doesn’t want any videos.

Ohashi, Maroney, Priessman, Gowey, Nichols…all of those are still recovering except for Gowey. I can’t remember if Deanne Soza is there or not, but I doubt it considering her vision is still iffy.

Oh, and Brenna Dowell and Peyton Ernst aren’t there. I wonder if Brenna’s finally thrown in the elite towel? I know she’s headed to OK in the fall, but something tells me she might give it another run next summer.

Brenna is listed in Oklahoma’s 2014-15 roster as a freshman (and is in this year’s team photo) so she’ll be there in January for this season.
I guess she can still come back to elite but there is no way Marta will take her seriously– she didn’t before so no way now.

Gabby looks like she gained some weight from the last time we saw her. Maybe she is finally going through puberty and will go away now.

It’s weird, but that was my first thought, too. She looks as big (or bigger) than Aly in this pic, but pictures can be deceiving, especially when they’re not in leos.

Aly’s legs look bigger but Gabby looks like she has a stomach. That shirt doesn’t help. Its horrid.

Agreed, Biles most likely has the difficulty, execution and artistry to stay ahead of Douglas. Douglas could literally have nothing to show at this camp or she may already have an AA set pushing 59 – either way I wouldn’t be surprised, but I think she has been training. Looking forward, Biles and Key only have a Ross in rebuilding, Dennis, and now maybe Douglas and Raisman to push them domestically.

Aly looks super fit. I wouldn’t really expect her to come back if she wasn’t ready to take her role as HBIC back, something she had to have learned from ASac. I wonder if its awkward for her, particularly at this camp where the worlds team isn’t around, that she’s sooooo much older than everyone. At 20 I wouldn’t have been able to handle being surrounded by 12-17 year olds nonstop even for 5 days.
