If it wasn’t for Michelle Kwan I would not even have known Nationals was going on right now.
I went to find out information on Michelle and learned the women’s SP had already taken place.
This is all the information I can find.

I have also learned that Mirai was held up in the PCS department.
Flatt did better than she has all season but the judges are making sure she has no choice making the World Team and, that’s about it.
I am off to find some Michelle information

Michelle Kwan is my favorite female American athlete, ever. Let’s just say it’s a good thing I don’t know where Lipinski lives, because I still have a hard time when I think back to when I was following ice skating (during Kwan’s reign), and had to hear who won Nagano.
I used to have hope for Mirai but it looks like she hasn’t been able to put two solid programs together in the same competition – aka Cohen only without the attitude. I still have hopes one day that figure skating in the US will be interesting again…or at least, will produce some remarkable talent. I like that Yuna Kim girl but she still didn’t have what Kwan had.

I am still waiting for someone to explain Tara getting 5.8’s and 5.9’s for presentation marks. I dare someone to explain that to me with a straight face.
It was impossible for her to compare to Michelle in that mark.
