Shannon Miller is doing this thing for the local Florida news where she is helping cancer survivors live out a dream. They get to do fun things like be a trapeze artist for the day or ride in a race car with Richard Petty.

Shannon trying to save the world one day at a time gets a little old very quickly bit these videos are actually endearing and fun to watch.

FU Nationals. I won in spite of you hyping up ……. …..

I forgot to post this during Nationals so I decided I should not waste it. Kids in China aren’t allowed to read blogs. It would be like throwing a way a whole loaf of bread because the first piece was hard while living in Africa.

Last year I was at Nationals and it was pretty disgusting watching the judges try and fix Junior Nationals for Katelyn Ohashi. She kept falling and making mistakes and Kyla kept hitting every routine only to be nit picked til the final routine. Where I think the judges woke up, realized Katelyn couldn’t win and finally gave Kyla the score she deserved.

Need any proof this was an attempted fix watch Katelyn’s vault score and compare it to Kyla’s. Blatant cheating that will probably continue this year. Much like Classics where Kaitlyn fell 2.5 times and still would have won minus one fall.

Team Ass Kissing

A month ago or so I created a twitter account to follow all the gymnasts on twitter. I figured it would be easier to keep track of what was going on in an Olympic year instead of waiting for someone to send me the info at my blog. I usually get my info that way.

Today I remembered I created this twitter and went onto it and had a good laugh.

Someone has started fan pages for most gymnasts. A list I found is below but not only are these people supporting the said gymnast they created a team page for but they also spend all their time stalking the gymnasts and sending them messages.

TeamRaisman spends more time stalking Nastia Liukin then she does actually supporting Aly.

It is very amusing to me for some reason. I have never sent a gymnast a message using this twitter but after watching the stalking done by teamRaisman I got creeped out.

So I have deleted my account.

The gymnasts seem to be eating up this attention by the team fan pages. I just found myself feeling nauseous.

So tell me peeps, What do you think about these pages? I thought about starting a twitter page titled Team (insert gymnast here) ass kissing but I didn’t.

I think I will reply on the people who send me message at this blog for info from now on. The rest is crazy.

Viktoria Komova won the UB and Tatiana Nabieva won vault. Full results are not known yet but Komova fell off beam.

Training is so tough

I guess there is no reason to really train when Marta will give you a free pass to the Olympics.

Nastia has been training soo hard since she announced her comeback. Here she is partying in LA after that rough work out AKA as a photo shoot.

Notice she didn’t have any of her so called friends with her. No Alicia, No Sam. All that stalking of the C list actors has paid off.

Let me tell you a story of a photo shoot I went to in the 90′s for a teen magazine. I had a friend who was in the business and I went with her to one of them.

These so called Charity/movie events are just one big picture taking opportunity. They pick and chose who they want in which pictures and actually tell people to get out of or in certain pictures.

It was very interesting to see happen. Go check out teen magazines and when you see pictures like the one Nastia is in have a good laugh because she isn’t in most of them.

World Champions say whaaaat?

How do you have a photo shoot for Olympic hopefuls and leave out not one but two World AA Champions?

We don’t really know why Bridget Sloan and Chellsie Memmel weren’t at the photo shoot for Olympic hopefuls set up by NBC over the week but being it’s, NBC they probably weren’t invited.

Not inviting Chellsie is one thing. Her AA title is so last quad but Bridget Sloan is the first AA World Champion the US had in this new quad to forget she even exists is just plain wrong.

Shame on you NBC. I hope Bridget Sloan takes this slight and kicks ass at Nationals.

Nastia looks in better shape but she is still not in gymnastics shape.

The world team is off to LA

Shawn and Nastia are tagging along with the world team to film a promo of some sort. London Olympics athlete shoot starts tomorrow.

I also got a message from someone that said the team was going somewhere but that it was deleted before she could remember where. I love secret info:)

I am usually a pretty big fan of the gymnastics the Chinese team throws but Huang Qiushuang is one Chinese gymnast I just cannot enjoy.

I find her labored routines un-watchable. Especially her UB routine. The IG facebook account had a conniption fit over her execution score at worlds but I totally see where the judges find her deductions. She is unbecoming, of the title of Chinese gymnast.
