the old girl 47.7 and the proud winner of a frozen coke!
Daddy dearests latest facebook update sounds to me like an AA score for 3 events. Not sure why you would reward someone with a frozen coca cola (sounds gross) but whatever motivates you Chellsie.
The score actually is a little high for a 3 event score but….

Is she skipping vault?? Is she just doing this to save a place in line for Skyler for 2016???

LOL Skyler is such a sweet kid but I don’t think she has a shot at making an Olympic team.

True, but as with Chellsie, it wouldnt surprise me if they are holding something back….dad and mom both know how to “peak” an athlete and perhaps they’ve learned from Chellsie’s injuries Chellsie wasnt even named to her first national team except for all the injuries and illness of the other girls, personally I think there is waaay more potential in Skyler than she has competed I think dad mom and sister are holding her back from Reps until she’s older. Shes in an odd position because of the year she was born, and barely ineleigible in 2012, (turns 16 in 2013) so shes in the mix in the next quad if her reps / difficulty is there. Who knows what happens in the next quad LOL

That is a good point (that dad is good at peaking his gymnast)

I just don’t see much point to being a standout junior…. a lot of standout juniors get hurt and never fully recover…Why put pressure on Skyler now?? Keep the flexibility training, strength, soft landings, tramp practice, etc but dont do anything thats going to lead to stress fractures etc…
